Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Gathering and analyzing business requirements from client stakeholders
Supporting the design and implementation of data warehouse and data lake architectures
Communicating with end users — proposing solutions and managing expectations
Data Engineering Support
Developing and testing ETL/ELT pipelines under the guidance of senior team members
Modeling and optimizing relational and analytical databases
Building BI reports, dashboards, and analytical layers for clients
Quality & Collaboration
Proactively identifying potential issues across the data stack and contributing to resolutions
Collaborating with experienced BI consultants and data engineers
Required Qualifications
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field (PMF, FER, FOI, FESB, or equivalent)
Foundational knowledge of relational databases and SQL (T-SQL and/or PL-SQL)
Analytical mindset and genuine interest in working with data
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing environment
Fluent English — written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with BI reporting tools — Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar
Exposure to ETL tools such as SSIS or Informatica
Familiarity with cloud platforms — Azure, Snowflake
Academic or project experience in data modeling or dimensional design
