Key Responsibilities
Business & Client Collaboration
Gathering and analyzing business requirements from client stakeholders, translating them into scalable data solutions
Communicating directly with end users — proposing solutions, explaining trade-offs, and managing expectations
Anticipating potential issues across the data stack and proactively developing resolutions
Data Architecture & Engineering
Designing and implementing data warehouse and data lake architectures tailored to client needs
Building, optimizing, and testing ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows
Modeling and optimizing relational and analytical databases
BI Delivery
Developing BI reports, dashboards, and analytical layers for clients
Ability to work independently in a client-facing role and translate business needs into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in BI/DWH consulting or development
Solid knowledge of relational databases and dimensional data modelling (star schema, snowflake, data vault)
Strong SQL skills — T-SQL and/or PL-SQL
Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with tools such as SSIS or Informatica
Proficiency in BI reporting tools — Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or similar
Ability to work independently in a client-facing role and translate business needs into technical solutions
Fluent English - written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field (PMF, FER, FOI, FESB, or equivalent)
Experience with the full MS BI Stack (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
Hands-on work with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, PostgreSQL
